Your privacy is critically important to us. At FalcoSun we have a few fundamental principles:

  • We don’t ask you for personal information unless we truly need it.
  • We don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, or protect our rights.
  • We don’t store personal information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of one of our services.

This Privacy Policy sets out how we at FalcoSun Kft. (“FalcoSun”) collect, use and disclose “Personal Information” and other “Non Personal Information” we have gathered about you.

What is Personal Information and why do we collect it from you?

“Personal Information” is information or an opinion that identifies you as an individual.

We collect and store your email address when you sign up for our newsletter. If you contact us directly for any reason, we may also keep a copy of that correspondence. Your email is collected only to keep you informed of new FalcoSun products and changes to our existing products.

Our apps may use Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crash Reports specifically, to help improve the quality of our apps, including via identifiers for mobile devices (Advertising Identifier for iOS), cookies and similar technologies.

Newsletter

When you elect to join our mailing list for the purpose of receiving our newsletter we may use that “personal information” to provide you with direct marketing communications about upcoming games, features of our websites and other events and promotions related to our products, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with FalcoSun and our products. You may unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. All you need to do is unsubscribe from the link in the letter, or let us know in writing that you want to be removed.

Privacy of Minors

We do not directly promote our products and services for use to anyone under the age of 14 (“minors”). FalcoSun does not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from minors. If you believe that a minor has disclosed personal information to us, please contact us at privacy@falcosun.com.

Disclosure of Personal Information

FalcoSun discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information (“personal information”) only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on FalcoSun’s behalf or to provide services available at FalcoSun’s website, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using FalcoSun’s website, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. FalcoSun will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone. Any access to and use of such linked websites is not governed by this Policy, but instead is governed by the privacy policies of those third party websites. We are not responsible for the information practices of such third party websites.

Collection of other Non-Personal Information

Though FalcoSun itself does not use cookies in order to track your movement around the web, our websites and apps may contain APIs from third parties.

Our website (https://www.falcosun.com) uses Google Analytics to help analyse how users use the site. The tool uses cookies to collect internet log information and visitor behaviour information in an anonymous form. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website, including your IP address, is transmitted to Google. This information is then used to evaluate the use of our website and to compile statistical reports on website activity.

Our apps use Firebase Analytics to help analyse how users use the app, including via identifiers for mobile devices (Advertising Identifier for iOS), cookies and similar technologies. Specifically, we use Firebase Crash Reporting to automatically collect crash reports in an anonymous form, which include: unique identifier assigned to your device, model and OS version of your device, version of the app, date of the crash. Ads

Ads appearing on our website or in any of our apps may be delivered to users by advertising partners, who may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognize your computer or device each time they send you an online advertisement to compile information about you or others who use your computer or your device. This information allows ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. This Privacy Policy does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers.

Business Transfers

If FalcoSun, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that FalcoSun goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of FalcoSun may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.
